Terms of Sale for Online and Mail Order Purchases

These are the conditions under which we sell direct.

Guarantee of Quality

Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be suitable for the purpose of recreational static model making.

In the unlikely event that a product is defective we will replace it free of charge. If it is not possible to provide a suitable replacement we will refund the purchase price of the defective item, together with any shipping paid on it by the customer.  We may ask for the return of the item before replacement or refund.

This guarantee is for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

We want you to be satisfied with our products.  If you are not happy with your purchases for any reason, you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund including any shipping paid at the time of ordering.

Guarantee of Delivery

We undertake to supply your order undamaged and in a reasonable time.  If your order is lost in the post or arrives damaged we will re-supply you free of charge.
 
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights.
